DOCUMENTS REVIEWED: Application form and Plans Prepared for
John Samsel, Jr.
COMMENTS:
1 . This application is for resubdivision approval only. There
is no activity proposed with this application. The site
has already been developed through past approvals and
permits . The total land area is 8 . 85 acres of which 26% is
wetlands. The resubdivision will create lot 1 to the rear
of the property. The activity associated with lot 1 was
approved in application #89-10P (April 17, 1989 ) and is
still taking place.
2. If lot 1 is sold before all activity approved in
application #89-10P is accomplished a permit transfer
request should be submitted to the Commission.
3 . I see no problem with the approval of the resubdivision.
IF APPROVAL IS CONSIDERED, SUGGEST APPROVAL CONDITIONS INCLUDE:
1 . Any future activity on lot 1 or the remaining land (not
already covered under an active permit) will require a
permit from the Inland Wetlands Agency/Conservation
Commission.

Dear M msel:
Re: Application #90-04P
This is a reminder that the permit with the Inland Wetlands
Agency/Conservation Commission, Application #90-04P will expire on
February 26, 1991 .
IJ ~you plan to extend your project beyond the above expiration
date, the Agency requires a letter requesting extension together
wisth a fee of $25. 00 . This should be submitted 30 days prior to
the expiration of the permit.
In the event that you are requesting an extension, Section 4.13.6
of the Zoning Regulations establishes the process for monitoring
the approved conservation plan. Per that regulation, a progress
report is required from the applicant's engineer verifying that
erosion and sedimentation control measures have been installed and
maintained in accordance with the approved conservation plan. A
copy of the regulation is enclosed.
This verification report must be submitted 30 days prior to
expiration date of the permit to allow time for the Commissioners
to evaluate your project controls.
If work has been finished or will be finished by the expiration
date, please have an engineer send a letter stating work is
completed according to the approved plan.
If you have any questions call me or John E. McCahill,
Zoning/Wetlands Enforcement Officer_. t__644-2511.
