RE: Application #90-20P - Oakland Center Subdivision
DOCUXENTS REVIEWED: Application form and Subdivision Plans .
COMMENTS:
1. This application is for subdivision approval to create lot
2 which is a 1 . 00 acre lot. There are no wetlands on lot 2
however activity on lot 2 should be regulated based on the
wetlands/watercourses shown along the easterly .side of lot
r 1 . The regulated area, as defined in section 2. 1 of the
` regulations, should be shown on lot 2.
2 . Application #88-11P, The Oakland Center, was approved on
May 25, 1988 for the regulated activity on lot 1. No work
has started on that site as of this date. The
proposed subdivision, to create lot 2, has no effect on the
original layout approved for lot 1 .
3 . The wetland limits shown on the plans were verified on
6/4/87 by Soil Science Services, as noted on the plans .
They are the same limits shown for application #88-11P in
the past approval. A copy of the soils report should be
submitted as a part of this application and the soil
scientist should be identified on the plans .
4. With the incorporation of the following suggested approval
conditions, I see no problem with the approval . of this
subdivision application.
IF APPROVAL IS CONSIDERED, SUGGESTED APPROVAL CONDITIONS INCLUDE:
1. A copy of the soils report by Soil Science Services shall
be submitted and the soil scientist should be identified on
the final plans .
2 . The regulated areas, as defined in Section 2 . lj of the
regulations, shall be shown on the final plans for lot 2 .
