RE: PIEROG HOME OCCUPATION -- 95-2 P
We have reviewed the undated sketches forwarded for the
proposed Pierog Home Occupation Site Plan and have the following
comments :
1 ) There is no name of preparer on the sketches .
2 ) The contours shown do not correspond with those on
our 100 scale topographic maps .
3 ) No scale on sketches .
4 ) The proposed garage addition is placed within an
existing swale.
5 ) A topographic plan should be prepared by a licensed
surveyor.
