Rennie, Chairman South Windsor Inland Wetlands Agency/Conservation Commission 1540 Sullivan Avenue South Windsor, CT 06074 RE: Plan Review - Gerber Systems Addition Dear Kevin: This proposal shouldn't have much impact on the area assuming compliance with their construction schedule and the erosion and sediment control notes. In essence, the addition is to go in the existing parking area, additional parking will be required and their detention pond will be relocated. Work in the wetlands will be the 12" outlet pipe. My recommendations would include locating the stockpile along the western boundary, over the pipe. It would remove it from an existing agricultural area and place it outside future de- velopment. Also extend their temporary road southerly about 30 ' . If an approval were to be considered, the following conditions might apply: 1. A bond in the amount of $8,000 to assure compliance with their construction schedule and their sedimentation and erosion control notes. Very truly yours, A.
