It is about 160 ' wide, 715 ' long , one contour , wetlands (which are not shown) , a sizeable portion appears to be not disturbed which apparently discharges into an existing 500+ long swale that is to dump into a proposed detention basin. without an outlet . This would be tough to do without so many obstacles . The plan needs : 1 . The wetlands shown . 2. Some real thought about the retention pond and stormwater management . The liability of a 3. 5 deep green slimy hole is not the best for that site . 3 . One foot contours with perhaps spot elevations to assist the contractor . Very truly yours , �O A. There are no wetlands shown on the submitted plans , contrary to our map . This issue will have to be resolved . ` The conservation plan with the swale along the westerly property line P g Y P P Y will also need some additional work. The rainwater this morning was collected on the easterly side of the property. There will have to be some method shown to get this runoff into the retention area. The Agency requires a letter requesting extension together with a fee of $25 . 00 . This should be submitted at least 45 days prior to the expiration date of the permit. If work has been finished or will be finished by the expiration date, please have an engineer send a letter stating work is completed according to the approved plan. In the event that you are requesting an extension, Section 4 . 13. 6 of the Zoning Regulations, Conservation Plan (a copy enclosed) establishes the criteria for such a plan and a method of monitoring its application. A permit for your proposal was granted, with a bond as assurance of compliance with its sedimentation and erosion control measures. To assist in the review process by the IWA/CC, whether for a permit extension or specific inquiry request, the provisions for verification through progress reports by the developer's/applicant's Engineer demonstrating that each Erosion and Sedimentation control measure has . been installed and maintained, in accordance with the approved plan shall be required. It is requested that this verification report be submitted thirty days before the regular meeting of the IWA/CC to permit time for the Commissioners to evaluate your project controls .
