Davies, Deputy Town Engineer Enclosure J May 16, 1988 Shea Florist 41 Oakland Road South Windsor, CT 06074 Gentlemen: Section 4. 13 . 6 of the Zoning Regulations, Conservation Plan (a copy enclosed) establishes the criteria for such a plan and a method of monitoring its application. A permit for your proposal was granted, with a bond as assurance of compliance with its sedimentation and erosion control measures. To assist in the review process by the Inland Wetlands Agency/Conservation Commission, whether for a permit extension or specific inquiry request, the provisions for verification through progress reports by the developer's/applicant's Engineer demonstrating that each Erosion and Sedimentation control measure has been installed and maintained, in accordance with the approved plan shall be required. It is requested that this verification report be submitted at least two weeks before the regular meeting of the IWA/CC to permit time for the Commissioners to evaluate your project controls.
