Dear Mrs. Foster,
RE: House Location '
The planned house location on Foster i", which you showed me on April
13, 1987, is well suited to house construction. It is a well drained,
medium textured soil, on a level site. A small brook and associated
wetland occur to the south and east of the planned house site. If no fill
is placed in this wetland and the house is serviced by town sewer, there
should be little impact on the wetland area.
A line of hay bales installed between the construction area and the
wetland would provide further protection (see attached sketch) .
You should contact your local inland wetlands commission, prior to
construction, to see if any wetland permits are required.
Sincerely,
Kathleen M. Hanford

Dear Mr. & Mrs. Foster:
Section 4. 13 . 6 of the Zoning Regulations, Conservation Plan (a
copy enclosed) establishes the criteria for such a plan and a
method of monitoring its application. A permit for your proposal

review process by the Inland Wetlands Agency/Conservation
Commission, whether for a permit extension or specific inquiry
request, the provisions for verification through progress reports
by the developer's/applicant's Engineer demonstrating that each
Erosion and Sedimentation control measure has been installed and
maintained, in accordance with the approved plan shall be
required.
It is requested that this verification report be submitted at
least two weeks before the regular meeting of the IWA/CC to
permit time for the Commissioners to evaluate your project
controls.
Very truly yours,
