Rennie, Chairman South Windsor Inland Wetlands Agency/Conservation Commission 1540 Sullivan Avenue South Windsor, CT 06074 RE: Plan Review, Dyco Industries Dear Kevin: This proposal is for an expansion of the building that was approved last year. As indicated, a fair, portion is within the wetlands, Walpole Soil type. According to their drawings, they propose a 6,000 sq. ft. addition with an area 20 ' wide swath, north and east disturbed. In the narrative, they refer to a 75 ' buffer area to be land- scaped. Considering the sensitivity in the area, minimizing the clearing limits could be given thought. Along with the sequence, the protective fence will be in place and inspected prior to grubbing. If an approval is to be considered, the following conditions might be appropriate. 1. Modify the plans to adjust the sequence and clearing limits. 2. Adjust the drawings with respect of not stockpiling within 10 ' of adjoining properties. 3 . A bond in the amount of $4, 000 might be appropriate to assure compliance with their plans. Very truly yours, O A. Bowen Davies Deputy Town Engineer ABD/jsv CC: Dyco Industries Michael J.
