Rennie, Chairman South Windsor Inland Wetlands Agency/Conservation Commission 1540 Sullivan Avenue South Windsor, CT 06074 RE: Kindercare Application Review Dear Kevin: This parcel contains no wetlands, as indicated. Most of the commissions concern could be the erosion control, but on less than an acre site that is bounded by two roads and two improved lots, other than stabilizing the stockpile, there can't be much for dust generation. A bond in the amount of $3, 000 might be appropriate to assure compliance with their erosion control; especially dust suppression. Very truly yours, A.
