We will be awarding the landscaping to Kashia Farms of South Windsor. The respreading of the topsoil, from the stockpile, and final grading is now underway and will be completed by April 1st. Excess topsoil will be removed from the site and all distrubed areas will be hydro seeded, April 1 (weather permitting) . Although this early landscaping will have to be repaired numerous times before the building is completed we agree that it is in our mutual interests to proceed at this time. The following conditions must be adhered ` to for this permit to be valid: 1 . Modify the plans to show snow fencing around the boundaries prior to any excavation on site. The storm drainage at the corners of the parking lot should not be installed until that phase is appropriate. 2 . We recommend a bond in the amount of $10 ,000 be submitted to the Planning & Zoning Commission to ensure compliance with erosion & sediment control measures. 3 . Three (3) blueprint copies of the approved map with all modifications must be submitted to the Wetlands Department prior to any work on the site. 4. Construction activities shall be subject to the approval of the Town Engineer. 5 . The application shall indemnify and hold harmless the Town of South Windsor against any liability which might result from the proposed operation or use. 6.
