Gentlemen:
Section 4 . 13 . 6 of the Zoning Regulations, Conservation Plan (a
copy enclosed) establishes the criteria for such a plan and a
method of monitoring its application. A permit for your proposal
was granted, with a bond as assurance of compliance with its
sedimentation and erosion control measures. To assist in the
review process by the Inland Wetlands Agency/Conservation
Commission, whether for a permit extension or specific inquiry
request, the provisions for verification through progress reports
by the developer's/applicant's Engineer demonstrating that each
Erosion and Sedimentation control measure has been installed and
maintained, in accordance with the approved plan shall be
required.
It is requested that this verification report be submitted at
least two weeks before the regular meeting of the IWA/CC to
permit time for the Commissioners to evaluate your project
controls .

RE: Application #476 - Mountainview Estates I
Dear Madam/Sir:
This is a reminder that Appl' tion #476 for ermit and one year
extension will expire on June 0, 1989.
A new application will be re uired if ou plan to extend your
project beyond the above expi ate, along with a fee of
$25. 00. This should be submitted at least 30 days prior to the
expiration date of the permit. If work has been completed or will
be completed by the expiration date, a letter from the engineer of
the project will be warranted as to the status of the application.
To assist in the review process by the IWA/CC, whether for a permit
