Re: Gerber Scientific, Inc. — Application #370
Dear Chairman,
In a letter dated 19 February, 1986 addressed to Mr. Guy Mitchell, Fuss &
O'Neill, Consulting Engineers of Manchester, approval was granted by the
Inland Wetland Agency & Conservation Commission for the above referred
application. Further engineering review of construction details and site
requirements indicate a need to make changes in the Erosion Control Plan as
previously submitted. This change will permit a more effective use of on
site soil. We have been advised by the Town Engineering Department that a
resubmittal and review of the revised plan is in order and by copy of this
letter enclosed are three sets of prints indicating the request being made at
this time.
It is our understanding we will be able to review this request as part of
your scheduled agenda for the Commission meeting currently scheduled for
Monday, March 10, 1986. At that time we will be available to review and
present an updated overview for the approval being requested.
We trust the foregoing is acceptable and if further information may be
required please advise.
