Detention basin must be sized for 100 year storm.. 2. Any fill should be clean fill per Department of Environmental Protection Section 19-524-2 definitions #15 "clean fill means natural soilwhich is inert in terms of leaching and does not pose a pollution threat to ground or surface water", in roadway and the two lots. 3. Previous black top fill on site should be used only as base under roadway.: 4. Additional trees on lot 2 & 6 to be added to plan. 5. Construction activities shall be•` subject- to the approval of the- Tawm Engineer.:' 6., The application shall indemnify and hold harmless the Town of SouthWindsor against any liability which might result from the proposed operation or use. _ 7.
