RE: Application #376 - West side of Route 5, two blocks south of
Mascolo Road. Construction of a McDonald' s Restaurant
Dear Mr. Beeler:
At the April 14 , 1986 meeting, the South Windsor Inland Wetlands Agency/
Conservation Commission approved with conditions application #376 , to
construct a McDonald' s Restaurant on Route 5 .
The following conditions must be adhered to for this permit to be valid.
1 . Construction activities shall be subject to the approval of the
Town Engineer.
2 . The application shall indemnify and hold harmless the Town
of South Windsor against any liability which might result
from the proposed operation of use.
3 . We recommend a bond in the amount of $5 ,000 be submitted to
the Planning and Zoning Commission to ensure compliance with
the plans for the Detention Basin and Erosion and Sedimentation
Control.
4 . The permit is valid for one year and shall expire April 14 , 1987.
