RE: Abbe Road Estates - IWA/CC Application No . 381
Dear Jack:
This proposed subdivision has come through staff a couple times
for review & comments . The most recent plans 1/17/86, have been
submitted and are subject of this review.
Our concerns included items such as protection of the Podunk River ,
protection of the prooposed open space and the normal items ; limits of
construction , stock piling , stump disposal , seeding, etc . They have
made some modifications but with the detention basin still in the
open space on a heavily wooded sloping area , as staff , we can not
support the proposal as submitted .
If you have any questions or wish to discuss this further , I can
be contacted at 644-2511 Ext 244 .
Very truly yours ,
A. B. Davies
