RE: Application #413
Utility Development
Dear John:
The plans are substantially complete but there a number of
items that should be addressed, such as:
1 . On the site plan; one half of the lot is Wetlands.
On the location plan it should be shown, not just
with a note.
2. In meetings with the representatives, the drain-
age was to discharge into other lands of the
owner. We did ask for some indication of a
right to drain, preferably on the plan.
3. The Erosion & Sediment control notes and construc-
tion schedule are fairly complete. It appears
that all of the construction is proposed over the
winter months and require a fantastic amount of
wood chips. They might wish to revise their schedule.
4. Item 2 - Prepare stock pile area; fine -- where?
The overall proposal is not objectionable. The plans should be
modified and if approved, a Bond in the amount of $5,000 to
assure compliance with the conservation conditions.
Very truly yours,
J

Dear Bo:
We are happy to report that construction has gone exceedingly well dis-
pite the harsh Winter and we are ready to get an early start on our
final grading and landscaping.
We will be awarding the landscaping to Kashia Farms of South Windsor.
The respreading of the topsoil, from the stockpile, and final grading
is now underway and will be completed by April lst. Excess topsoil
will be removed from the site and all distrubed areas will be hydro-
seeded, April 1 (weather permitting) .
Although this early landscaping will have to be repaired numerous
times before the building is completed we agree that it is in our
mutual interests to proceed at this time. Please call us directly
if you should have any additional questions or comments concerning
the implementation and scheduling of the remaining construction,
Very tru you .Ef,
