There are no wetlands on the site. Plans should so indicate it. 2 . One of the notes relates that "all erosion and sedimentation and erosion controls shall be in accordance with the Connecticut Guidelines." Con- sidering the volume of information in the guide- lines , it would seem the engineer should show some of the pertinent items together with appropriate sequence. 3 . There has been no input from staff in the plan preparation. 4 . The plan should include sufficient notes and comments on it for construction. Prior to the issuance of a building permit, architectural plans must be approved by this Commission. 2 . Prior to commencement of any site work, a meeting must be held with Town Staff. 3. In the past it has been used as a borrow pit leaving just the sandy subsoil. The impervious coverage of the . 7 acre parcel is intended to be about . 4 of an acre . It appears that the 151 proposed plantings together with the seeping as shown should protect the exposed areas . If an approval were to be considered , the following conditions could be appropriate . 1 .
