The proposal for this lot is a workable program and could be
approved as shown. If an approval were to be granted, a
$2 ,500 bond to assure compliance with the erosion and sedi-

RE: Application #440
At the February 9, 1987 meeting, the South Windsor Inland Wetlands
Agency/Conservation Commission approved with conditions Application
1440, subdivision of one lot on the north side of Miller Road, west
of Ellington Road.
The following conditions must be adhered to for this permit to be
valid:
1. We recommend a bond in the amount of $2,500 be submitted to
the Planning & Zoning Commission to ensure compliance with
the Conservation Plan.
2. Construction activities shall be subject to the approval of
the Town Engineer.
3 . The application shall indemnify and hold harmless the Town
of South Windsor against any liability which might result
from the proposed operation or use.
4. The permit is valid for one year and shall expire
February 9, 1988.

This is a reminder that the permit with the Inland Wetlands
Agency/Conservation Commission, Application # 440 will expire on
February 9, 1988.
The agency requires a letter requesting extension together with
a fee of $25. 00. This should be submitted at least 30 days
prior to the expiration date of the permit. If work has been
completed or will be completed by the expiration date, we would
appreciate you contacting the Inland Wetlands
Agency/Conservation Commission' s secretary at 644-2511, Ext. 255
to advise of the work status.
