FISHMAN APPLICATION REVIEW Dear Kevin: This is the 3.5 acre site on Pleasant Valley Road at Nutmeg Road South that burned last fall. According to the soils book, it is a Sudbury Fine Sandy Loam Soil (SsA) , on the site, prior to the previous development. Comments could include: 1. This proposal increases the amount of pervious areas and improves the plantings on the site. 2 . There are no wetlands on the site. 3. I don't believe there is loam on the site, thus no stockpile is shown. 4 . A concern during construction might be dust control and that should be addressed. If an approval were to be granted, a $5 ,000 bond might be appropriate to assure compliance with the approved plans. This should be sub- mitted prior to any work on the site. Very truly yours, �7 A. Plan must be modified to show a tracking pad at the entrance of the site. 3. We recommend a bond in the amount of $5 , 000 be submitted to the Planning & Zoning Commission to ensure compliance with erosion & sediment control measures . 4. Three ( 3) blueprint copies of the approved map with modifications requested above must be submitted to the Inland Wetlands Agency/Conservation Commission prior to commencement of any site work. 2 5 . Construction activities shall be subject to the approval of the Town Engineer . 6. The survey from Ed Lally and Associates should confirm that all work relating to the Inland Wetlands Permit has been completed.
