The following conditions must be adhered to for this permit to be valid : 1 . We recommend a bond in the amount of $2 , 000 be submitted to the Planning and Zoning Commission to ensure compliance with erosion & sediment control measures . 2 . Plans must be modified to show the slope to be stabilized with wildlife plantings . Planting plan is subject to the Deputy Town Engineers approval prior to construction . 3 . The application shall indemnify and hold harmless the Town of South Windsor against any liability which might result from the proposed operation or use. 4. Construction activities shall be subject to the approval of the Town Engineer . 5.
