The driveway must be relocated approximately 120 feet north to align with the driveway for Lot #1. The revised plan shall be brought back to this Commission for approval. 2. Dumpsters must be on concrete pads and screened. 3. An oil trapping device must be installed at the last drainage structure before the detention basin. 4. Sidewalk width should be four feet, not five feet as shown on plan. 5. Gate walls and sign height should be limited to avoid sight line problems. 6.
