Regulations to allow development of an interior lot; Lot 2 variances include lot area, lot width and
maximum number of lots accessed by a single drive; lot 3 variances include lot area and lot width, RR
zone.
on premises located: 432 Strong Road
and more particularly bounded and described as follows:
A certain piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and
improvements thereon, situated in the Town of South Windsor, County
of Hartford and State of Connecticut, more particularly bounded and
described as follows, to wit:
Containing three (3) acres, more or less, bounded:
NORTH by land now or formerly of John S. Clapp;
EAST by land now or formerly of Andrew Armwalth;
SOUTH by land now or formerly of Lahey and Hagden; and
WEST by land now or formerly of Lahey & Hagden, now supposed
to be the brick yard property.
Being the first piece of the premises conveyed to Benedict A.
Yonika and Eleanor A. Yonika by Warrantee Deed of Charles Checkes
dated May 5, 1952 and recorded May 6, 1952 in Volume 42 at Page 440
in the South Windsor Land Records. Access to said premises is
available pursuant to a right of way from Adam Yonika dated August
16, 1942 and recorded October 10, 1942 in said South Windsor Land
Records.
