Dear Mr. Corriveau:
At the meeting of the South Windsor Zoning Board of Appeals held on April 8, 1999, the Board approved
with conditions your request for a 12' variance to Section 10.2 to allow a two car garage to be 8' from the
side property line, at property located at 84 Miller Road, RR Zone.
The Board concluded the hardship to be that there is not enough land available in any other area of the
property to install an adequate septic system, thus requiring relocation of the garage.
The Board placed the following condition on your request: An easement from the property owner at 80
Miller Road granting you indefinite use of the right of way through the property to access 84 Miller Road
must be filed in the land records.
Any new building, or alteration/additions to existing buildings, require a building permit prior to start of
construction.
These actions are effective upon your filing the enclosed form in the Town Clerk's Office at your own
expense.

SOUTHWESTERLY: by the arc of a curve connecting the northerly line of Miller Road
with the westerly line of the land herein described, Twenty-Nine and

WESTERLY: by land now or formerly of William Segevick. One Hundred Eighty-Three and
sixteen one-hundredths (183.16) feet.
