Dear Attorney Hale: At the meeting of the South Windsor Zoning Board of Appeals held on April 8, 1999, the Board dismissed your application which was requesting a variance to Section 10.4.1 and 10.4.2 to allow revocation of a variance granted to Temple Beth Hillel on May 3, 1990 for failure of conditions at property located at 20 Baker Lane, A-20 Zone. The Board gave the following reasons why it was felt this application should be dismissed: 1. This an improper application that is not within the Zoning Board of Appeals jurisdiction as defined in State Statutes. 2. This type of application is not within the Zoning Board of Appeals By-Laws or Rules and Regulations. 3. This application is premature because the conditions placed on the variance approval have not been violated. Very truly yours, Robert Warren, Vice Chairman Zoning Board of Appeals RW:dr cc: Building Department
