At the May 21, 1990 meeting of the South Windsor Inland Wetlands
Agency/Conservation Commission, Application #90-25P - IWA/CC permit
for the construction of a house on property located on the easterly
side of Foster Road, RR zone, was denied without prejudice.
The concern expressed by the Agency is:
1 . The impact on the wetlands is too significant as a result
of the length of the proposed driveway.
