Re: Application #90-14P - Charbonneau Residence
At the May 21, 1990 meeting, the Inland Wetlands Agency/Conservation
Commission approved with modifications Application #90-14P - IWA/CC
permit for the construction of a single family home on property
located on the northeast corner of the intersection of Abbe Road and
Miller Road, RR zone as shown on plans prepared by Palmberg & Russo,
No. 89110, dated February 15, 1990 and revised April 12, 1990 .
1 . Two blueprint copies of the entire set of plans and this
letter reproduced thereon, must be submitted to this
Commission to be stamped and signed. This must be
completed within 65 days of approval and prior to any
construction activity on the site.
2 . Construction activities shall be subject to the approval of
the Town Engineer.
3 . The application shall indemnify and hold harmless the Town
of South Windsor against any liability which might result
from the proposed operation or use.
4 . The permit is valid for one year and shall expire on May
21, 1991 .
5 . All approvals required must be obtained and submitted prior
to any activity on the site.
6 . A contact person shall be identified directly on the plans .
7 . We recommend a bond in the amount of $5,000.00 to be
submitted to the Planning & Zoning Commission to ensure
compliance with the Erosion and Sedimentation Control
Measures.

Re: Application #90-25P - Foster Road, South Windsor, CT
At the May 21, 1990 meeting of the South Windsor Inland Wetlands
Agency/Conservation Commission, Application #90-25P - IWA/CC permit
for the construction of a house on property located on the easterly
side of Foster Road, RR zone, was denied without prejudice.
The concern expressed by the Agency is:
1 . The impact on the wetlands is too significant as a result
of the length of the proposed driveway.
