voted on June 5, 1990 to approve the above-referenced application
for a 23-lot subdivision in accordance with Drawings #1-13 of 13
prepared by Fuss & O'Neill dated 8-26-88 (revised through 1-23-
89 ) , Project No. 87-144 . All of the terms and modifications
included in the Planning and Zoning Commission's 1 February 1989
approval letter are to remain in full force and effect.
