Dear Mr. DeMallie:
Re: Application #90-40P, Berman-Russo Site Plan
We are pleased to advise that the Planning and Zoning Commission
voted on June 26, 1990 to approve the above-referenced
application for a 2-lot subdivision in accordance with Drawing
No. 1, 2, 4 of 4, 3, 3A, dated May 17, 1990 (revised June 5,
1990) prepared -by Design Professionals, Inc. , Project No.
90063 .00, and with the following modifications:
1 . Prior to commencement of any site work, a meeting must be
held with Town Staff.
2 . No building permits will be issued until the final mylars
have been filed in the Town Clerk's Office.
3. An as-built plan is required prior to issuance of a
Certificate of Occupancy per Section 4 . 13. 10 of the Zoning
Regulations .
4 . A landscape bond in the amount of $5,000 is required and
must be submitted prior to filing of mylars .
5. All plans used in the field by the developer must bear the
stamp and authorized signature of the Town of South
Windsor.
6 . WPCA approval required for sewer extension. Construction
of sewer to be coordinated with Clark Street reconstruction
through Town Engineer. Utility profile required.
Black and white transparent mylars of Sheet #2 with the above
modifications, together with three blueprint copies of the entire
set of plans must be submitted to this Commission within 30 days
to be stamped and signed. The letter of approval of this
Commission must be reproduced on the mylars .

After the mylars have been signed by the Commission, they will be
returned to you for filing in the Office of the Town Clerk within
90 days . After filing these plans, a copy of the receipt must be
submitted to the Planing Department.
