Re: Appl. #90-31P, Resource Renewal Center
We are pleased to advise that the Planning and zoning Commission
voted on June 26, 1990 to approve the above-referenced
application for a site plan of development in accordance with
drawings No. 1, 2, and 3, dated April 11, 1990 prepared by Design
Professionals, Inc. , Project No. 88-342, and with the following
modifications :
1 . Prior to commencement of any site work, a meeting must be
held with Town Staff .
2. All plans used in the field by the developer must bear the
stamp and authorized signature of the Town of South
Windsor.
3 . Drainage .subject to Town Engineer's approval. Drainage
calculations should include "C" value identical to pavement
( . 90) . Calculations must also demonstrate the adequacy of
the detention basin to handle the additional runoff from
the gravel lot.
4 . A 20, setback from the west property line must be
maintained, with plantings interspersed among existing
vegetation to ensure permanent screening.
Black and white transparent mylars of Sheet #3 with the above
modifications, together with three blueprint copies of the entire
set of plans must be submitted to this Commission within 30 days
to be stamped and -signed. The letter of :approval of this
commission must be reproduced on the mylars .

After the mylars have been signed by the Commission, they will be
returned to you for filing in the Office of the Town Clerk within
90 days. After filing these plans, a copy of the receipt must be
submitted to the Planning Department.
