Site Plan - 360 Pleasant Valley Road
At the June 19, 1990 meeting of the Planning & Zoning Commission,
the Commission discussed your letter dated June 18, 1990
regarding the timing of the Cessation of residential use at the
above referenced site. The Commission voted to modify approval
condition #10 to read:
10. Cessation of residential use of the two rear units of the
existing dwelling must occur within three (3) years from
date of issuance of building permit for the rear building.
Cessation of residential use of the two front units must
occur within four (4) years of issuance of building permit
for rear building.
