Dear Mr. Rieger:
Re: Application #90-46P, Hi-G Company Site Plan Addition,
85 Nutmeg Road South, I Zone.
We are pleased to advise that the Planning and Zoning Commission
voted on July 24, 1990 to approve the above-referenced
application for a site plan addition in accordance with drawings
No. 1 and 2, dated May 31, 1990, prepared by Fuss & O'Neill,
Project No. 90-148A, with the following modifications .
1 . Prior to commencement of any site work, a meeting must be
held with Town Staff .
2 . No building permits will be issued until the final mylars
have been filed in the. Town Clerk's Office
3 . An as-built plan is required prior to issuance of a
Certificate of Occupancy per Section 4 . 13 . 10 of the Zoning
Regulations .
4 . Footing drains are required if the building has a basement.
5 . A landscape bond in the amount of $2500 is required and
must be submitted prior to filing of mylars .
6 . All plans used in the field by the developer must bear the
stamp and authorized signature of the Town of South
Windsor.
7 . Landscaping plan must be incorporated into site plan.
Black and white transparent mylars of Sheet #1 with the above
modifications, together with three blueprint copies of the entire
set of plans must be submitted to this Commission within 30 days

to be stamped and signed. The letter of approval of this
Commission must be reproduced on the mylars .
After the mylars have been signed by the Commission, they will be
returned to you for filing in the Office of the Town Clerk within
90 days . After filing these plans, a copy of the receipt must be
submitted to the Planning Department.
