Re: Application #90-51P, National Service Cleaning Corp.
Site Plan modification, 260 Ellington Road, I Zone.
We are pleased to advise that the Planning and Zoning Commission
voted on September 18, 1990 to approve the above-referenced
application for a site plan modification in accordance with
drawings, No. 1-3 dated August 1, 1990 prepared by Pudeler
Engineering, with the following modifications:
1 . Prior to commencement of any site work, a meeting must be
held with Town Staff.
2 . . . No building permits will be issued until the final mylars
have been filed in the Town Clerk's Office.
3 . An as-built plan is required prior to issuance of a
Certificate of Occupancy per Section 4 .13 . 10 of the Zoning
Regulations.
4 . A landscape bond in the amount of $2000 is required and
must be submitted prior to filing of mylars .
5 . All plans used in the field by the developer must bear the
stamp and authorized signature of the Town of South
Windsor.
6 . Parking formula must__beshown on the plans .
7 . Screening must be placed around the dumpster.
8 . Key map must conform to Sec. 4 . 13 . 2.1 of the Zoning
Regulations .
9 . Iron pins must be placed on all property corners .
10 . DOT permits must be obtained.

11 . This approval in no way grants the applicant permission to
encroach/park on the abutting property(s) .
12. Grease trap must be added to new catch basin.
13 . Additional planting to be located on southwest side of
property.
Black and white transparent mylars of Sheet #2 with the above
modifications, together with three blueprint copies of the entire
set of plans must be submitted to this Commission within 30 days
to be stamped and signed. The letters of approval of this
Commission must be reproduced on the mylars .
After the mylars have been signed by the Commission, they will be
returned to you for filing in the Office of the Town Clerk within
90 days . After filing these plans, a copy of the receipt must be
submitted to the Planning Department.
