Re: Application #90-70P - Lopes Site/Niederwerfer Road
At the November 26, 1990 meeting, the Inland Wetlands
Agency/Conservation Commission approved with conditions Application
#90-70P - IWA/CC permit for the construction of a single family house
on property located on the easterly side of Niederwerfer Road, RR
zone as shown on plans prepared by Fairbairn Engineering Associates,
Project Number 90-30, dated October 4, 1990 and revised November 25,
1990 .
1 . Two blueprint copies of the entire set of plans and this
letter reproduced thereon, must be submitted to this
Commission to be stamped and signed. This must be
completed within 65 days of approval and prior to any
construction activity on the site.
2 . Construction activities shall be subject to the approval of
the Town Engineer.
3 . The application shall indemnify and hold harmless the Town
of South Windsor against any liability which might result
from the proposed operation or use.
4 . The permit is valid for one year and shall expire on
November 26, 1991.
5 . All approvals required must be obtained and submitted prior
to any activity on the site.
6 . A contact person shall be identified directly on the plans .
7 . We recommend a bond in the amount of $1,000 . 00 to be
submitted to the Planning & Zoning Commission to ensure
compliance with the Erosion and Sedimentation Control
Measures .

8 . The driveway shall be moved slightly south to prevent
damage or impact to the large tree just north of the
driveway location.
