Dear Ms . Huppe:
Re: Application #90-75W - Pleasant Valley Estates II
At the December 10, 1990 meeting, the Inland Wetlands
Agency/Conservation Commission approved with conditions Application
#90-75W - IWA/CC permit for the installation of a pipe in a swale on
property located on the northerly side of Stanley Drive and westerly
side of Clark Street, A20 zone as shown on plans submitted by Reino
E. Hyyppa and Associates dated November 9, 1988.
1 . Construction activities shall be subject to the approval of
the Town Engineer.
2. The application shall indemnify and hold harmless the Town
of South Windsor against any liability which might result
from the proposed operation or use.
3 . The permit is valid for one year and shall expire on
December 10, 1991.
4 . All approvals required must be obtained and submitted prior
to any activity on the site.
5 . A contact person shall be identified.
6 . We recommend a bond in the amount of $1,000.00 to be
submitted to the Planning & Zoning Commission to ensure
compliance with the Erosion and Sedimentation Control
Measures.

7 . Rip rap shall be placed at the outlet.
8. An open grate shall be installed at station 2+0.
9 . The outlet area shall be cleaned out of all sediment
accumulated there.
