P.O. Box 1060 South Windsor, CT 06074 Re: Appl. #2441-99—B & M Enterprises, Inc., easterly side of Main Street, southerly side of Chapel Road, A-40 zone. Dear Mr. Edwards: At the meeting of the South Windsor Zoning Board of Appeals held on July 1, 1999, the Board denied your request for a variance to Section 4.1.4 e, to allow a barn within 20' of a lot line (100' required), on the easterly side of Main Street, southerly side of Chapel Road, A-40 zone. The Board concluded that there were other alternatives that could be looked at which would not require a variance on the property. Very truly yours, Madone Anthony, Chairperson' Zoning Board of Appeals MA:dr cc: Building Department
