Re: Appl. #2488-00—Robert and Barbara Lavey, 1668 Main Street,A40 zone
Dear Mr. and Mrs. Lavey:
At the meeting of the South Windsor Zoning Board of Appeals held on November 2, 2000,the Board
approved your request for a variance to section 4.6.2.e, to locate a house 55' in front of the minimum
width line within the access area on an interior lot, at 1668 Main Street,A-40 zone.
The Board concluded the hardship to be as follows:
The extensive wetlands on the property prohibit the construction of a residential property on the
area that would be conforming to the regulations.
The Board placed the following condition on this application:
Approval is subject to site plan approval by the Planning&Zoning Commission.
Any new building, or alteration/additions to existing buildings, requires a building permit prior to start of
construction.
These actions are effective upon your filing the enclosed form in the Town Clerk's Office at your own
expense.
Very truly yours,
Mar onl Anthony, Chairpersoi
