The Board concluded the hardships to be as follows: Non-conforming structure It would not be practical to have the applicant relocate the addition in order to make the house conforming. 14' variance Because of the present house location and shape, there is no where else the addition could be placed. Any new building, or alteration/additions to existing buildings, requires a building permit prior to start of construction. These actions are effective upon your filing the enclosed form in the Town Clerk's Office at your own expense. Very truly yours, li_1lt':1 a -rttj-iC-n,gkir Mar ori6 S.
