Re: Appl. #2502-01 —Town of South Windsor,450 Clark Street, RR zone
Dear Mr. Shaw:
At the meeting of the South Windsor Zoning Board of Appeals held on April 5, 2001, the Board approved
your request for three variances to section 10.2 to allow improvements to the existing sewer pump station:
1) 27' from the front property line (50' required); 2) 5' from the side property line (20' required); and 3)
10' from the rear property line (50' required) at 450 Clark Street, RR zone.
The Board concluded the hardship to be that the pump station currently exists and can not be relocated.
Any new building, or alteration/additions to existing buildings, requires a building permit prior to start of
construction.
These actions are effective upon your filing the enclosed form in the Town Clerk's Office at your own
expense.
Very truly yours,
Marjor' S. Anthony, Chairperson
Zoning Board of Appeals
