Re: Appl. #2622-04— Paul & Lucy Prevost, 28 Dart Hill Road, A-40 zone
Dear Mr. & Mrs. Prevost:
At the meeting of the South Windsor Zoning Board of Appeals held on August 5, 2004,
the Board approved your request for a 5' variance to section 10.2 to allow a garage 15'
from the property line, at 28 Dart Hill Road, A-40 zone.
The Board concluded the hardship on the property to be that the location of the house
on the property and the undersized width of the property create the necessity for a 5'
variance.
The Board noted that this addition would be keeping in the harmony with the
neighborhood.
Any new building, or alteration/additions to existing buildings, requires a building permit
prior to start of construction.
These actions are effective upon your filing the enclosed form in the Town Clerk's
Office at your own expense.
Very truly yours,
tephen Wagner, Chairperson
