Re: Appl. #2558-02—Terry Files, 151 Troy Road, RR zone
Dear Mr. Files:
At the meeting of the South Windsor Zoning Board of Appeals held on November 7, 2602, the
Board approved your request for a variance to section 10.4.1 to allow the elimination of the buffer
requirement on a new building lot, at 151 Troy Road, RR zone.
The Board concluded the hardship to be as follows:
1. The slope of the land creates a hardship on this lot.
2. The Commission felt the house should be closer to the road because there are safety
and health risks.
Any new building, or alteration/additions to existing buildings, requires a building permit prior to
start of construction.
These actions are effective upon your filing the enclosed form in the Town Clerk's Office at your
own expense.
Very truly yours,
Robert Warren, Chairman
Zoning Board of Appeals
