Re: Appl. #2555-02—Richard Marouski, 1075 Pleasant Valley Road, RR zone
Dear Mr. Marouski:
At the meeting of the South Windsor Zoning Board of Appeals held on October 3, 2002, the Board
approved your request for a 3' variance to section 10.2 to allow a breezeway 47' from the front property
lien (50' required) at 1075 Pleasant Valley Road, RR zone.
The Board concluded the hardship to be as follows:
1. The existing garage is outside of the 50' building line, therefore making it impossible to
construct the breezeway in a conforming area.
2. The State of Connecticut took possession of the current house, which made it necessary for
the present owner to construct a new house on the property.
Any new building, or alteration/additions to existing buildings, requires a building permit prior to start of
construction.
These actions are effective upon your filing the enclosed form in the Town Clerk's Office at your own
expense.
Very truly yours,
k&19-&Zt a
