The size of the addition that we are adding is 16' wide by 387 long. We feel that this size is necessary to accommodate our growing family.now and in the futwe to come; After our 16' addition, we only have 9'to the 10' allowance,'which means the carport that we have to put up will be less than 9' wide. This is very tight for a car to drive into and open the door to take our child out. We are looking to extend the carport to 12',which would be 3' over the 10' allowance. This would give.my wife plenty of room and keep her and my son sheltered in bad weather. Thank you!
