The Board concluded the hardship to be as follows: 1. The shape of the lot makes it impossible to erect a pool in any other location of the property without the necessity of a variance. Any new building, or alteration/additions to existing buildings, requires a building permit prior to start of construction. These actions are effective upon your filing the enclosed form in the Town Clerk's Office at your own expense.
