Re: Expiring Letter of Credit for Appl. 03-92P, Podunk Farms Parking Lot
We have not as yet received any renewals of the letter of credit, which expire June 16, 2006 as noted
in our previous renewal request.
Please be advised that discussion of this matter will be placed on the June 27, 2006 agenda of the
Planning&.Zoning Commission. Calling of the letters of credit will be initiated at that time if we have not
received a renewal.
