Dear Tony:
The Mill River Meadows Condominium Association Board of Directors approved our
request for a Minor Home Occupation subject to the following conditions:
1. You may not have more than 2 vehicles on the property at the same time;
• 2. Vehicle may not be bought and sold on the Mill River Meadows premises;
3. Vehicles will not display a "for sale sign"; and
4. You will comply with the Mill River Meadows Condominium Association rules
and regulations that apply to vehicles and [parking as they may be amended
from time to time.
