To whom it may concern:
The Redfield Homeowners Association gives approval to Ms. Jiahui Zhang
concerning the establishment of a technology consulting business at
8 Diggins Court, South Windsor. In addition to all town requirements, the
Association requires the following conditions:
1. There will be no significant increase in traffic or parking at the property
• for clients and/or commercial vehicles making deliveries.
2. There will be no signage on the property for the business.
3. There will be no signage on any vehicles parked in the driveway for
advertising the business.
