Please find the enclosed Home Occupation Form. I will be operating a business out
of my home, I have signed on as a distributor with Quorum International, Ltd. The product
line consists mainly of home and personal security products along with other consumer
electronic products. I will be going out to peoples homes and demonstrating some of our
products, I will not be keeping any large quantities of product in inventory as it comes from
Phoenix, AZ. and is usually readily available. There will be no posting of any permanent
signs. �
I have read and will adhere to the procedure described as a minor home occupation
