Dear Mr. Coon,
This is in response to your letter dated December 2, 1994
regarding your tenant's request to operate a small business
out of unit 3-5 Foncine Lane.
Home professional pursuits are allowed at Pleasant Hills
Condominium. However, some restrictions do apply. As per
Article IX, Section 9.1, Subsection (a) (Enclosed) "No
regular visits from the public or unreasonable levels of
mail, shipping, trash, or storage requirements is allowed.
Also, no signs can be displayed outside or inside the unit.
-.If any of these restrictions are not adhered to, the Board of
Directors of Pleasant Hills Condominium reserve the right to
take whatever actions necessary to discontinue home
professional pursuits in any unit.
Good luck in your tenant's endeavors and please feel free to

Dear Mr. Coon,
I write to secure your permission to use a condominium which you
own, and my wife and I rent from you, at 3-5 Foncine Lane, So. Windsor
as the office for a small service business I am starting.
The only change I need to make in the unit as it stands is to add
an additional telephone line. Otherwise, there will be no changes made
to the unit, and there will be no visible signs of business activity no signs, no visitors, no vehicles, no deliveries, etc.

way detract from the property, and I urge you to approve Joe's request.
