We are pleased to advise you that the Planning and Zoning Commission, at their meeting on
December 12, 1995, voted to approve the above-referenced request for a minor home
occupation for catalog sales of rifles and pistols at 85 Willow Street, South Windsor.
This approval is limited to a maximum of twelve (12) sales per year. The criteria for minor
home occupations contained in Section 4.8 of the zoning regulations must be adhered to.
This approval is valid for as long as you reside at these premises, but shall automatically
terminate when you no longer reside at this address.
