Please be advised that Mr. Albert A. Lavoie of 6 Honeysuckle Lane in the Peachbrooke
Development of South Windsor, CT 06074 has been granted permission to have a home based
business in our community.
Mr. Lavoie formally approached the Board of Directors with this request a couple of weeks ago.
At our most recent Board meeting the issue was discussed in detail and by-laws regarding this
were researched. The Board unanimously approved Mr. Lavoie's request,documented our ruling
and notified him in writing.
